RP Prologue
"You... Probably didn't expect to see someone LIVING in here, did you?..." - Maid to Akira during their first encounter.
Maid's journey to find purpose begins in Tokyo. She doesn't have any yen or a place to call home, so she has no choice but to sleep in abandoned buildings as some form of "protection" and "shelter" from the outside world. However, it wouldn't be long before Maid gets tired of this nomadic way of living......And when she DID get tired, she ended up in Shujin Academy. Not as a student, but as a resident. When everyone (students, staff, faculty) went home for the day, Maid saw her chance to sneak into the building and was lucky enough to find an empty classroom to claim as her own; Nobody would care to look or go inside there unless they had a reason to, anyway. She still couldn't let her guard down at any moment, though. ESPECIALLY during school hours; She constantly had to make sure that nobody knew of her existence, but eventually Maid WAS going to slip up.
Appearence
Maid is a petite female that stands at 5 feet, 3 inches. She has short, jet black hair that doesn't reach her shoulders and a small curl of hair on the top of her head. By default, Maid wears her Summer Outfit: A modified seifuku with suspenders that has a color scheme of pink and white.A small pair of angel wings and cat ears are also notable features about her, and they often bring a lot of attention in Maid's direction whenever she goes out in public. She frequently tucks her wings underneath her clothing and buries her cat ears in her hair as "attempts" to keep them hidden from view, but these attempts don't work most of the time.
As Musketeer, Maid's color scheme drastically changes to varying shades of purple, symbolizing a starry galaxy. Her rapier and musket also follow this motif.

Personality
She is a gentle and quiet being at first glance, but this can be mistaken for aloofness and naive behavior since she often has to distance herself from other people. Because of her frequent isolation, Maid tends to be hesitant or not sure when it comes to making important decisions; This does not mean she's incapable of thinking on her own, though.As a Confidant, Maid represents the Star Arcana. She has HOPE, and with that HOPE, she strives to find her PURPOSE in life while slowly working on RENEWAL. But with these things also come DESPAIR, and continuous LOSS OF FAITH.

ROLE
Maid's role in Metaphor: ReFantazio is a rather complicated one. Much like the Demi-Fiend's inclusion in SMT V, she mainly exists as a "guest" character.While her memories from that universe are still present, she was eventually brought into a recreated world where her more "peaceful" and pacifist ways actually have an effect....Which ultimately leads to her becoming an appointed diplomat for not just angels, but also the demon clans/races from the SMT universe.

A mere accessory, or a sign for something far greater?
The halo of light that floats above Maid's head is mainly there for aesthetic reasons. However, it can change its appearance depending on the situation or whatever Maid is doing.
HALO OF DIPLOMACYThe default halo. Usually seen in public settings.
HALO OF DIVINITYA much larger halo that's seen during combat. Mainly an indication for divine abilities/magic being used.
HALO OF DIVINE WRATHAnother halo seen during combat. This one is mainly for offensive attacks or firing her bow.(It also looks like a crosshair.)
HALO OF REPENTANCE"Repent, and you shall be forgiven."This halo is seen whenever Maid uses the Hands of Repentance.
ICHOR HALO
A peculiar halo that constantly moves and changes shape. Unlike the others, this one actually has a tangible form and can be touched; It's similar to ink.

The true extent of Maid's powers are currently unknown. As time goes on, her divine abilities may improve or change entirely.
DIVINE BOW
A unique bow created with Maid's divine powers. It doesn't use traditional arrows, but instead fires arrows of divine light.
HANDS OF REPENTANCE
Ethereal hands that heal instead of harm. They do not have a physical form, so they are unable to touch or grip objects.
DEMON ALLIES
Maid's ability to summon demons from the SMT universe also carries over to the world of Metaphor: ReFantazio. The maximum she can summon at a time is 3 if she's alone, or just 1 if she joins Will and his party.

Persona 4 AU

RP Prologue
Being a reporter was proving to be extremely difficult. Stories would come and go, but many of them wouldn't get the attention of Inaba's residents. Maid DESPERATELY needed something to make the views skyrocket. A story that was both interesting, AND made the eyes of a viewer stay glued to the TV screen... And then it hit her: Rumors. She could definitely get some views because of the rumor mill. Of course, Maid would look in the most unexpected place for some juicy gossip: HIGHSCHOOL. She already had the youthful highschool girl aesthetic, so blending into the environment wouldn't be a problem... It's sifting through the rumors and finding solid evidence to those rumors that would be a test of her abilities. Athough, there may be some... Unsavory things lurking in the shadows.
ROLE
"Hm? Me? I'm just a student who's interested in these rumors going around the school..." - Maid to Yu during her Social Link.
Maid is another Social Link for Yu. Like in Persona 5, she represents the Star Arcana.She'll behave like any other student during the school day. However, Maid will often be eavesdropping on conversations, hoping she'll hear evidence to use as proof for the rumors that she's trying to investigate.

RP prologue
Every lifeform has a side of themselves that they desperately try to hide from the world. Even a divine and pure entity like Maid wasn't excluded from having "ugly" traits about herself that she didn't want people to learn about. However... These traits eventually became so buried inside of her psyche to the point where they manifested into a sentient being. This "being" was known as a Shadow.
PRECAUTIONS
Like the others, Shadow Maid is a "physical" representation of the feelings that Maid refuses to accept about herself. In her case, these feelings are anger/violence and borderline obsession. They can become amplified to potentially dangerous levels, so it is HIGHLY advised that your muse knows what they're doing before interacting with her.
ROLE
"You'll... Love me forever, right?" - Shadow Maid after a love confession.
Despite Shadow Maid having the goal of ridding the Real World of her "false" self like other shadows, she mainly focuses on finding a man who will ONLY have eyes and love for her.Strangely, she is capable of exiting the TV World and manifesting outside of it while Maid is still around. She'll even feel like a real human despite being a shadow.
PERSONALITY
Shadow Maid can fluctuate between being calm and being outright vicious depending on the situation. While she can lower her guard because of compliments and other romantic gestures, it won't work if she "believes" her potential lover has been around another woman (or worse, Maid).She can also be a lot more willing to flirt or be sexual with a guy since those two qualities are things that have been suppressed by the "false" Maid and have been amplified in her shadow.

RP prologue
It wouldn't be long before she got tired of "living" in the classroom. Maid knew she needed to get SOME form of income eventually, but she didn't have too many options available to her. Or, any options that appealed to her standards and constant need to stay hidden from the public eye, at least.But then Maid remembered something: A flyer for a new restaurant that she saw during one of her (rare) nightly strolls. They still needed a few waitresses for the grand opening. Unbeknownst to Maid, the "restaurant" was actually was a maid cafe, and she didn't find out until she went in for an interview....But that realization also meant that she could get away with having her wings and cat ears out in the open. Any customers would just think she was cosplaying, and THAT could mean she could get extra tips from them.

RP PROLOGUE
The Conception... Maid didn't know who or what caused the event, but she DEFINITELY knew the balance of the world was thrown into disarray after it occurred. The entirety of mankind was rapidly becoming replaced with demonic entities or lost souls, and she STILL didn't have answers to any of the lingering questions that were stirring about in her mind. Maybe if she explored the disaster ridden world, then maybe she would be able to piece together what happened...
ROLE
During the events of Nocturne, Maid will support the Demi-Fiend outside of combat as long as he remains neutral or aligns with law; She can also become a member of his party if he is able to negotiate with her properly. However, Maid will become an enemy if the Demi-Fiend chooses to align with chaos and allows the demon inside of him to take over.When not in the active party, Maid will be on standby at a Terminal (but not the smaller S-Terminals). The Demi-Fiend can either have her heal him and his party, or temporarily add one of Maid's demons to his party if there is enough space for an additional demon. He can also converse with Maid if he wishes.

Maid's party contains high leveled demons, but she refuses to let them evolve into stronger and more powerful forms of themselves because she believes it's more "pure" to keep demons in their original, unevolved bodies. The Demi-Fiend can have ONE of her party members join his party, but there are SOME demons that will not join him. They also cannot be used in fusions.

PARTY MEMBER INFORMATION
If the Demi-Fiend succeeds at negotiation, Maid will join his party like any other demon, even though she will state that she's different from them on multiple occasions. Like Dante and Raidou, Maid cannot be used as a sacrifice for fusion.Maid is immortal, meaning that she will always survive fatal attacks with 1HP, but her stats will be lowered and remain that way until she has properly healed. She also will nullify light attacks while being weak to dark attacks.In combat, her go-to weapons are knives, but she also has a pistol that is used on very rare occasions. Maid holds one knife during battle, but she has a few hidden within her sleeves as well. A couple skill descriptions also mention that the blades are dipped in holy water.The pistol Maid uses is no different from one that humans use. However, the bullets are often infused with divine magic in order to execute a demon if they get too close to her; Tranquilizers are also used for a non-lethal method.

RP PROLOGUE
Again, Maid has found herself within a post-apocalyptic version of Tokyo. But this time, she didn't have the assignment of watching the next being who was destined to recreate the world with their own ideals....For once she didn't have an assignment in the first place. The angel was free to do what she pleased. But, she still felt like she needed to help those who needed aid, regardless if they were a human or a demon.
ROLE
Usually Maid wanders throughout the Netherworld, offering her help to anyone who needed to heal their wounds. But, she can also help demons who are done with their life in the Netherworld, and want to cross over to the "other side" by leading them through the Gate to The Other World.
THE GATE
"The link between one world and the next. Demons often cross through here when they part ways with their masters." - A brief description.
The Gate to The Other World (異世界への門), or simply called "The Gate" is a special area that the Nahobino can occasionally access. It consists of 6 torii, glowing spider lilies and flowing water that is faintly illuminated by the glow of the crimson moon.Here, the Nahobino can part with up to 5 demons and in return, Maid will give him any essence(s) that are left behind afterwards.However, this area slowly becomes unstable and dangerous as more demons cross over. It takes longer for this area to be accessible again if the Nahobino parts with the maximum number of demons at once, instead of parting with them one-by-one.What lies beyond the gate is unknown, so Maid often warns the Nahobino to not attempt crossing through it himself.
PARTY MEMBER INFORMATION
"A replica of the angel in charge of the Gate, created by combining her essence with a hanafuda card." - Maid's "lore" as a party member.
While it is possible for Maid to become a party member, it's VERY unlikely for her to join the Nahobino since she "has to help demons cross over". Instead, he will receive a hanafuda card that is infused with her essence.
This card can be used to summon a "copy" of her if there's enough space in his party.Just like in Nocturne, Maid is immortal and will always survive with 1HP but will become severely weakened until she can properly heal. She also nullifies light attacks while being weak to dark. Strangely, Maid is resistant to ice attacks and it's not known why she can withstand them.
HANAFUDA CARDS
"These beautifully crafted cards aren't for a game of koi-koi."
Unlike the Nahobino and other demons, Maid's method of attacking is a gimmick that involves hanafuda cards.Like a traditional hanafuda deck, there are 48 usable cards that Maid has. While all of them can be used to deal damage normally, a few cards have special properties when used as an attack or as a skill.(Note: These are just some examples.)
August HikariSkill: The light of the full moon heals the entire party. If the party has full HP, this card boosts the likelihood of getting critical hits instead.
November KasuSkill: All enemies are hit with a bolt of lightning, dealing moderate electric damage.Attack: Deals electric damage to one enemy. Has a high chance to stun them.
September TaneSkill: The drops of sake removes status effects from the party. If none are present, this card boosts attack strength for 3 turns instead.Attack: The sake has a small chance to charm or poison an enemy.
DEMON CARDS
These cards are special, because they cannot be used during battle. Instead, they can only be used outside of combat.
Temporary Demon (or Temp Demon)Like the name indicates, using this card will add a random demon to the Nahobino's party and the demon stays there until it runs out of HP.Unlike normal fusion, the demon that is summoned can potentially be at a higher level than the Nahobino. If that is the case, it will refuse to obey him and will perform its own actions during battle.Any demon summoned through this method will have (Hanafuda) next to its name when viewed in the status screen; It will also be added to the Compendium if the Nahobino wants to summon a permanent version of it at a later time.
Demon CatalystThis card is similar to a grimoire, but for demons that were summoned by using a "Temporary Demon" hanafuda card. When used, the demon will level up.This card is also required for hanafuda fusion.
HANAFUDA FUSION
Hanafuda Fusion is a special fusion method that involves hanafuda cards. Only Maid is capable of performing the rituals that are necessary for this.Currently, there are 2 possible combinations for Hanafuda Fusion:- Combining a demon's essence with a Temporary Demon card in order to receive one that will summon the demon that is fused into it.
- Combining two Demon Catalysts to receive a Temporary Demon card.If the Nahobino has extra grimoires, he can exchange them for Demon Catalysts. However, he is on his own in terms of demon essences.

PALACE RULER AU
"I'm the one who's in control here... Do you understand? ME!" - Palace Ruler Maid's introduction.
RP PROLOGUE
Finally, a place where Maid didn't have to obey or submit to ANYONE. She was in control, and the feeling of having power and dominance was practically intoxicating...She wanted this for so long... And now it was hers.
ROLE
Palace Ruler Maid is exactly that: The "queen" of her very own Palace. Just like the others, she has her own treasure that Joker and the Phantom Thieves must retrieve in order to change her heart.
THE PALACE
"Doesn't this place look glorious? Oh, wait... I forgot, you can't see since it's dark..." - Palace Ruler Maid to Joker.
Maid's Palace is... Interesting, so to speak.She's aware of the world's amazing beauty, but due to her frequently being mistreated by humanity, Maid also sees it as a dark place. Her Palace recreates this by having exquisite interiors, but also making it difficult for intruders to navigate by obscuring them in almost pitch black darkness. Only Maid and any Shadows lurking around are immune to this effect.Within the Palace, there are MANY elaborate traps that are meant to slow down or completely stop the progress of any intruder(s), like ropes to tie them up, and "fake floors" that break and send them back to the entrance if they are stepped on.In terms of Shadows, the interiors are occupied by Black Frosts most of the time. But, there are also female Shadows like Lilims and (occasionally) Lilith. While the Black Frosts are often lazy during their patrols, the female Shadows are not and will try to seduce anyone who enters the Palace.
THE TREASURE ROOM
"Oh? You actually made all the way here? Maybe you aren't as DENSE as I thought you would be..." - Palace Ruler Maid to Joker.
The throne room of Maid's Palace is actually the only place that isn't covered in complete darkness. That's because it's also the room where Maid's treasure is hidden.However... it's a lot closer than it's supposed to be....Because the "treasure" is actually the whip that Maid often uses to dish out punishment and pain to anyone who has the audacity to defy her.Getting the whip won't be easy, because Maid won't give it up without some sort of fight. And even after being defeated, she still won't let the Phantom Thieves take it from her. The only possible solution would be to somehow make her let go of it.The moment she loses her whip, Maid reverts back to her normal (and more noticably submissive) self.

STRANGE JOURNEY AU
"Maintain your SANITY." - The Demonica to Maid.
RP PROLOGUE
With no recollection of what happened before, Maid somehow wakes up during the United Nations' investigation of the Schwarzwelt. As she searches for answers, she just seems to find more questions.
ROLE
Maid's role in Strange Journey is unclear. While she doesn't interfere with any "canon" events, there ARE certain times where she will cross paths with the protagonist.If anything, she just wants answers to the many unanswered questions that always seem to pop up the longer she's within the Schwarzwelt.
THE DEMONICA
"Its full name is DEMO(untable) N(ext) (I)ntegrated (C)apability (A)rmor."
While she CAN survive the Schwarzwelt's harsh conditions because of her divinity, Maid still has to wear a Demonica in order to avoid raising suspicion should she encounter any members of the UN's Special Task Force.However, HER Demonica has unfortunately become obsolete and "too outdated to be considered technologically useful", so it's not capable of performing tasks that require certain apps to be installed. The Demonica is still capable of executing the Demon Summoning Program and running routine environment scans, though.But it's not ENTIRELY useless. While it can't use any apps that are useful for the protagonist, Maid's Demonica is equipped with a cloaking device that makes her invisible to the naked eye (but not to scans or being analyzed). The Demonica can even execute a makeshift Medical Aid Program any time Maid suffers a "fatal or major" injury. It also completely nullifies any attempt to charm or seduce Maid as long as she wears the full suit.
THE MOON
"For God's sake, SHUT UP!" - Maid during one of her headaches.
Maid occasionally experiences headaches depending on the Moon's phases. While these headaches are usually mild and brief, they progressively get worse and occur more often as the phases change.During a New Moon, the headaches rarely occur and Maid is able to do things normally, but during a Full Moon, the headaches get unbearable and she becomes too aggravated to function properly. She cannot negotiate with demons or attempt to de-escalate a fight and has no choice BUT to engage them in combat if a headache occurs. However, Maid will deal more damage while taking more damage as a side effect.The side effects of a headache doesn't end there: Maid is volatile and anything can set her off, even to the point of sheer aggression if pushed TOO far.
